----- Remembrance Day -----

Pix Brook Academy held a two minutes silence to mark Remembrance Day. This was immaculately observed by all pupils, many of whom chose to wear their service uniforms. In class the children watched on screen a Remembrance assembly given by Rev'd Graham Clark of St Mary's Church, Stotfold.

Afterwards, some of the classes were writing and sharing their acrostic poems relating to Remembrance Day with their peers. As you can see from a selection of their work, they have used effective words and emotive language.
