Screen Free Day at Pix Brook Academy

We are now four weeks into home learning and are aware that pupils are spending several hours a day in front of screens at home and school. With this in mind, we organised a screen-free day.

Pupils were set tasks as normal, however these were designed to be completed without the aid of technology. They chose 1 English; 1 Maths and 2 other from the task selections (see picture)

We are delighted with the wonderful work achieved, a selection of which can be found here and larger gallery  on our Facebook page. Pupils had a productive and fun day, a memorable experience that we are happy to share.
