Open Evening: Thursday October 16th 2025

We invite you and your family to attend our Open Evening at Pix Brook Academy. To aid you in your decision about the education of your child, we would like to provide as much information as possible.

During our Open Evening, you will have an opportunity to visit all areas of the school. We will have many of our pupils supporting the evening, who will be delighted to show you their work and talk about their experience. Our governors, staff and students will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and I will deliver a keynote about our values and what we believe is fantastic about Pix Brook Academy.

We understand that this is a critical moment in the life of you and your child. It is vitally important that you make an informed choice and this evening will provide some information to help you with that decision. We are also providing an opportunity to visit the school during the working day, weeks commencing 3rd November and 10th November. See Morning Tours section below. If you are unable to find a time to suit your needs, please do contact the school.

To help in the management of numbers and provide everyone with an opportunity to see all areas we are operating an allocated time slot system for different lower schools. To aid this process we have extended the length of the open evening to allow parents from different lower schools to arrive at different times. You do not need to book your visit, simply arrive at your allocated time slot.

I would ask that you make every effort to attend at the allocated time, however I do understand that if this time is not possible then you are welcome to attend at one of the other times. For parents who are not from these schools you are welcome to attend at the most convenient time.

PBA Morning Tours

We are providing an opportunity to visit the school during the working day, weeks commencing 20th October and 3rd November, as detailed below:

• Monday 20^th October, 8:25am-9:15am
• Tuesday 21^st October, 8:50am-9:45am
• Tuesday 4^th November, 9:00am-10:00am
• Wednesday 5^th November, 9:00am-10:00am
